the breakfast was very standard when i asked to skip the sausage and bacon i was told i had to pay more when i was checking out i was told about a free afternoon tea

the location provided a serene escape amidst beautiful rice fields, conveniently close to the city center. the bed offered really good comfort. i found the resort amenities to be great. the staff's dedication, professionalism, and warm smiles created a cute atmosphere.
i noticed the hand towels showed some wear, a minor point.

I appreciated the friendly staff and quick responses to requests. The free shuttle service to the town center was convenient. I found the on-site restaurant provided tasty lunch options and consistently generous breakfast portions. The fast, reliable Wi-Fi allowed my partner to work without issues.
I found it inconvenient to have to contact reception for a tuk-tuk after being dropped off, as the hotel is not directly accessible by car. This could be problematic during peak times with multiple guests needing transport. I also think the hotel should provide more detailed information on the pick up process.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly; they ensured requests were handled promptly. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the city center, simplifying transportation. Communication using WhatsApp facilitated efficient interactions with the staff during my stay.

the staff were friendly and courteous. they tried to make guests comfortable.
the restaurant staff needs training to improve quality and service. the menu has very limited vegetarian options. a sewage stench lingered in our room during the three-day stay, and the main shower did not work.
